PCOS edge agent

PCOS (Personal Context Operating System) is a context router rather than a chatbot. A deterministic broker gathers context from the browser, the phone, the watch and PiecesOS memory, then sends each task to the smallest model that can handle it: Gemini Nano in Chrome, Gemma 4 through LiteRT-LM on Android and iOS, FunctionGemma 270M for tool calls, a 12B model on the desktop, and a cloud model only as a last resort. Before anything leaves the device, personal details are stripped and the payload is checked. On Qualcomm phones it downloads the NPU build for that chip and falls back to the GPU, then the CPU.
